b. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that the installation may present safety risks or violates any legal requirements.
2. Liability and Warranty
a. We strive to deliver high-quality TV mounting services. However, we are not responsible for any damage to your property, including but not limited to walls, ceilings, or furniture, that may happen during the installation process.
b. You are responsible for ensuring your TV and associated equipment work well. We are not liable for any damage caused by faulty or damaged equipment.
c. We don't take responsibility for any issues caused by improper use, modification, or third-party repairs that were done on the installation.
3. Payment and Pricing
a. Payment for our services is due upon completion of the installation. We accept cash, credit cards, or other agreed-upon payment methods.
b. Our pricing is provided in advance and is based on the scope of the installation. Any additional work requested or required that was not included in the original estimate may incur additional charges.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
a. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice. Provide sufficient notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
b. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, such as equipment failure or emergencies.
In such cases, we will notify you in advance and reschedule at your convenience.
5. Privacy
a. We respect your privacy and will handle any personal information you provide in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
b. We may collect and store information necessary to provide services and maintain customer records.
This information will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or with your consent
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7. Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for any changes.
